Renderings have been revealed of two buildings, both former industrial properties, at  and  in southern , currently receiving conversions. The two buildings are collectively called The Point LIC.  and are the developers. is the architect of record.

The seven-story, 130,000-square-foot structure at 21-00 49th Avenue, located on the corner of 21st Street, is dubbed Paragon. It will contain restaurants, including a beer hall, and space, DNAinfo reported. Occupancy is expected this fall.

21-10 51st Avenue

The second building, a seven-story, 220,000-square-foot structure at 21-10 51st Avenue (a.k.a. ), is dubbed Blanchard. It will include a café and office space. VaynerMedia, the building’s first tenant, signed a lease for 43,000 square feet. Occupancy is expected this spring.
