Things are quickly taking shape at the QLIC. A 21-story, 421-unit mega will anchor the Queens Plaza North site once completed and now a teaser site and renderings have been released to add to the suspense.
The rapidly growing Queens Plaza area has numerous projects on the horizon, but QLIC, located at the corner of 24th street and Queens Plaza North, may be the cream of the crop.
The newly-released QLIC renderings, released on Queens Bronwstoner, revealed the 28,000-square-foot residential buildings will include a rooftop deck and pool that will offer some of the most breathtaking views of the Manhattan skylines ever seen.
That is just a start.
The renderings show that there is a courtyard, a media room, a game room with billiards, shuffleboard and Foosball tables.
The units will be top of the line luxury — offering white oak hardwood floors and quartz counter tops to compliment the porcelain back splash. The luxurious decor stretches into the bathrooms with porcelain tiles and, according to Queens Brownstoner, they will have “Italian bath cabinetry”.
The recently released teaser QLIC site currently allows prospective applicants to submit an inquiry on future rentals.
One thing that will definitely stick out among the sea of high rises in Queens Plaza — QLIC will be the only one the dons red terraces.
