New renderings released of Tishman Speyer’s latest project: Jackson Park
After many months of speculation, we are mere days away from the opening of Tishman Speyer’s latest prodigy: a massive rental complex in Long Island City, known as Jackson Park. In order to build a bit more expectation from its launch, developers have released many new renderings of the project, both the exterior and interior.
We already knew the complex will have three towers of 42, 44 and 53 stories each. As a whole, the development will include 1,800 new apartments making Long Island City the first in the United States when it comes to new apartment construction.
Besides the stunning interior design, the renderings reveal how many amenities the complex will have: a 1.6 acre park, an amenity clubhouse with five stories, a rooftop swimming pool, a fitness center, a resident’s lounge and many others features.
The CEO of Tishman Speyer, Rob Speyer, has released a statement regarding his new property: “In keeping with our tradition of creating sophisticated living and dynamic work environments in the world’s top markets, Jackson Park is destined to become Long Island City’s most desirable address.”
Leasing will launch in November, even though prices have not yet been revealed. One of the three buildings will be ready for tenants before the year is over. [NY Curbed]
