LIC developer accused of booting sugar baby from Chelsea apartment
Real estate developer Brent Carrier is being sued for allegedly kicking his Russian sugar baby out of a luxury apartment in Chelsea. She is also suing to get back a laundry list of high-value gifts, including jewelry, a Rolex, a Mac laptop, iPad Mini and a pair of snakeskin purses.
The CRE Development president allegedly allowed a Russian model named Yana Gudkova to live in his his Chelsea pied-à-terre in exchange for sex, according to the New York Post. The lawsuit filled by Gudkova claims the married man gave her the boot when she stopped sleeping with him.
He wanted her to “be available to him as an occasional intimate companion whenever he wished,” according to the lawsuit spotted by the New York Post. Gudkova is seeking unspecified damages.
Carrier denied the allegations through his lawyer Steven Bagwin. Bagwin says that Carrier allowed Gudkova to live in the apartment “as a favor” as it “was an apartment he didn’t need or want.”
He added that “she was merely a guest,” that they were never intimate and that Carrier returned all of Gudkova’s possessions. [NYP] —Christopher Cameron
