Chang Hwa Tan to design a four-story, nine-unit Mixed-Use at 90-05 56 Ave in Elmhurst
An anonymous Elmhurst-based developer has teamed up with Chang Hwa Tan’s architectural firm in developing a mixed-use building at 90-05 56 Ave in the neighborhood of Elmhurst in Queens, NY. The most recent renderings show a four-story, nine-unit project, with permits calling for nearly 8,400 square feet of total space.
The buildings basement will consist of 2,010 square feet of medical office space, while the upper levels will house rental apartments that are estimated to each contain 743 square feet per unit. Other amenities have not been revealed in the building’s project plans, but an 8-car garage will be included on the ground floor for use by the tenants.
Construction is already underway and the project should be completed in the Fall of 2017.
