Astoria has a brand-new addition
A new residential building is coming to Astoria, Queens. The structure will have five stories and will be 50-foot tall, yielding approximately 16,380 sf. The building will be addressed at 21-27 30th Drive in the neighborhood of Astoria.
The building will incorporate fourteen residential units. These will average 686 sf each, meaning the apartments will be rentals. Overall, 9,600 sf will be dedicated to residential use. Among the amenities available for tenants, the building will include nine parking spaces, a lobby, a laundry room and a parcel room.
The land for this project is located just nine blocks away from the Broadway Subway Station, serviced by the N train. Furthermore, the development is just six blocks away from the Socrates Sculpture Park.
The development is owned by City Hospitality LLC and the design was assigned to Greenberg Farrow. Developers need to file for demolition permits so a completion date can be announced. [NY Yimby]
