JLL has just listed a 36,000 square foot assemblage of land that can be built up to 780,000 square feet. According to the JLL marketing material, the site covers half of a city block, bounded by 44th Road to the north, 23rd Street to the west, and 44th Drive to the south. Located next to the CUNY law school and the Citigroup building in the center of Court Square. The C5-3 zoning supports residential, hotel, office, and retail development. According to records, the land belongs to Perennially Green LLC, which is associated with the Citigroup Real Estate division.
