New condo building coming to Dutch Kills in 2018
Plans for a new building have been approved by the Attorney General’s office in New York. Said plans are for a building known as the Smyth, that will feature 41 condos and will be located in Dutch Kills, Long Island city and addressed at 25-16 37th Avenue. Because of the AG’s approval, developers (D.A. Development and JBL Development Group) can start selling the units which will go for a little less than $1 million each.
The Smyth will be mixed-use, separating two of its six floors for commercial space. There will be five retail units and developers will also include 62 parking spaces. If everything goes according to plan, construction will be complete by mid-2018. [The Real Deal]
