Regent Medical Properties, LLC, has secured a loan to develop a new site in Flushing, Queens. The medical company obtained $16 million from Case Real Estate Capital, LLC, as a first mortgage loan. With these funds, the company will inaugurate several new spaces in a 20,803 square feet lot. Among the new facilities, there will be an Ambulatory Surgery Center, a medical office building with twelve stories and commercial space at street level. This loan will be fundamental: the land will be purchased with it and pre-development work will be ready to start. This will definitely be a great addition to Flushing. The area has been developing quickly and medical facilities are always needed. For the last twenty years, this neighborhood has been one of New York’s fastest growing ones.
Right next to the site where this development will be constructed, there is another high profile project. In this case, plans are to update and renew a famous theatre.
