37-10 31st avenue – New Development ( Video)
After more than two years, the mixed-used property at 37-10 31st Avenue could finally be reaching its completion.
The frame and foundation of the six-story building rose up in 2013, featuring 9 units and a commercial unit. But now there’s signs up all over the building for rentals and new leases for its commercial unit.
The street renderings show that there’s a restaurant-use proposed on the ground for potential suitors. They also appears to be space for a second commercial unit if it’s not attached to the restaurant unit.
And renderings appear to proposed a roof deck on the top floor
The building, owned by 31 Acquisition, LLC, is snugged between a 105-year home and a single-story oral surgery office. 31 Acquisition LLC purchased the property in December 2011 for $700,000.
The mixed-use building is also a block east from popular Steinway, and two blocks west from the growing restaurant hub that includes Bareburger and Pachenga Patterson.
